We provide customized automation controlling and programming services for improving liquid or air transport related production processes.Intergrating peristaltic pumps, pressure valves, alerts, pH meters, detectors, conductivity meters, MFCs, gas analyzers and other quality monitoring devices with Human-Machine Interface (HMI)control system as well as Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) for collecting the imported signal and data from all related components through the serieal and systematical PLC design.We use the Open Platform Communications (OPC) and SCADA monitoring software, like Hakko Electronics TELLUS and V-Server to fulill remote monitoring and control. Also the collection and saving of current data for monitoring the plant from the office enables quick response to changes, improving operating efficiency.
